the disease management portion, or they can chose a
state of the art diabetic meter that let's us help with
the disease monitoring. We have designed this plan for
individuals regardless of age, income, or health who, by
doctors orders, are required to check their blood
glucose levels at least once per day. Although we
would like to offer this plan to everyone, there are
certain restriction from certain plans that do not allow
us to do that. If you have questions, please feel
free to contact us about a plan in your area that you
have questions about.
